Tower Defence Basics That Beginners Miss

Most people who bounce off tower defence games make the same few mistakes. The first is spreading towers too thin. Concentrate your firepower where enemies bunch up — usually corners and long straights — instead of dotting the whole map.

Second, upgrade before you expand. One strong tower almost always beats two weak ones, because damage scales harder than coverage in most games.

Third, watch the wave preview. If a fast, armoured wave is coming, react before it arrives, not while it's chewing through your base. Sounds obvious, but panic buying mid-wave wastes money.
